At Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd (“Neurasix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to provide high-quality, subscription-based access to AI-powered financial, regulatory, and compliance advisory services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel their subscriptions and any applicable refund eligibility.
Neurasix offers paid plans (e.g., Starter, Professional) on a monthly or annual basis. Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of user interactions or features per billing cycle.

· All subscriptions are auto-renewed unless cancelled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
· Reminder emails are sent 7 days before renewal.
Neurasix follows a strict no-refund policy, except in the following cases:
a. Duplicate Payment
If a user is charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge subject to correspondent banking charges applicable.
b. Technical Failure
In the rare event that the user is unable to access the platform due to verified technical issues on our side for more than 5 consecutive days, and we are unable to resolve the issue promptly, a pro-rated refund may be offered at our sole discretion.
c. Refund Requests
To request a refund, users must write to info@neurasix.com within 7 days of the issue, with proof of payment and reason for the request.
We may update this policy periodically. Any material changes will be notified via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
