Founder & Strategic Architect, Neurasix.ai
Srinivasan is a Chartered Accountant and finance leader with over 30 years of experience across industries banking, insurance, investments, advisory, and regulation. He’s worked in India, MENA, the UK, and the US, leading billion-dollar finance functions, major M&As, and regulatory strategy for global institutions.
What’s common across all those years?
A deep belief in the power of data to drive smart decisions not just reporting.
In 2024, he turned that belief into action by founding Neurasix.ai a platform that uses AI to help professionals get answers faster, backed by regulations and best practices. His mission is clear: to make expert financial advisory easier to access and more affordable, especially for SMEs.

Chief Technology Officer
Currently he serves as a consultant to many tech startups in addition to being the Chief Technology Officer of Neurasix.ai. Adopting the changing Gen AI landscape while delivering them to market at unprecedented speed with cost management could be a significant challenge for any startup. And this is where his role exactly fits in. In addition to tech, talk about cricket to strike a conversation with him. Especially grass roots level cricket development.
Madhavi Desireddy
Lead- Product Development
With a strong background in handling statutory audits, tax planning, GST, and corporate finance, she provides strategic insights to businesses across various industries. With a passion for leveraging technology in finance, she has been instrumental in building data architecture, overseeing the development and implementation.
Mridula Vijendran
AI Technical Lead
Holding a PhD in Computer Science from Durham University, UK and an MSc in AI from the University of Southampton, UK, Mridula brings a blend of technical expertise and innovative problem-solving to her role as Foundational AI Technical Lead at Neurasix, where she is driving the development of AI powered finance co-pilot solutions..
Shubham Khandelwal
Head of Strategic Alliances
He founded Fingage (2017–2020), a B2B SaaS platform focused on cash flow management and tax compliance for SMEs, where he led the entire product and business strategy.
From 2021 to 2023, he served as Lead Product Manager at Minko.app, a supply chain finance platform for distributors, where he built and scaled a multi-lender Loan Origination.
