Neurasix is an AI co-pilot for audit, consulting, finance, and compliance professionals (“Platform”). The platform is owned and operated by Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd (“Company” or “Neurasix”), a company incorporated under the laws of India.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
These Terms govern your use of the Neurasix platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All matters relating to your use of Neurasix shall be governed by the laws of India.
Neurasix provides You with access to a variety of services, including but not limited to Platform and all the products and services available through our Platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services“).

Please get a parent’s or guardian’s consent/permission before accessing the Site or any portion thereof if you are not above 18 years of age. The information available on the Platform including but not limited to personal information of Users provided at the time of registration (“Platform Content”) is made available solely for the purpose of rendering Services. The Platform Content shall be the sole property of Neurasix.
Your right to access the Platform and Services is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using the Platform and/or Services, You agree to the following:
Any liability of any nature arising out of breach of any of the aforementioned covenants by You is hereby waived off in favour of Neurasix. You agree to immediately notify the Neurasix of any unauthorized use of your account, and passwords.
All content, software, AI-generated insights, tools, algorithms, designs, data, and any associated intellectual property made available through the Neurasix platform are the exclusive property of Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd.
All other trademarks not owned by Neurasix that appear on Platform are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Neurasix or its affiliates.
Neurasix is committed to remove any infringing products from its Platform, if so found. We understand that it is in Neurasix’s interest to ensure that infringing products are removed from its Platform. Neither the Platform offers legal, tax, audit, business, commercial regulatory, professional or any other kind of advice nor the Output constitutes as any kind of legal, tax, audit, business, commercial, regulatory, professional or any other kind of advice. The Platform or the Output should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment. You should not rely on Output for making decisions of a professional, legal, financial, business, tax, commercial or personal nature. You should always seek the advice of a qualified human professional for such matters.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, accuracy, and completeness of any Output for your purposes. We strongly recommend that you independently verify any information or recommendations provided by the Platform before relying on them or taking action.
Any reliance you place on AI-generated Output is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of, or reliance upon, the Output.
All Outputs provided by the Platform are generated solely by artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and automated systems. No human agent, editor, or moderator is involved in the creation, review, or delivery of any content, responses, or recommendations generated by this Platform. The Output generated by the Platform is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure the quality of our AI systems by providing current information, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any Output for your specific needs or intended use
The Output is available on the Platform on an ‘as is’ basis and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, or statements that are not applicable to your particular circumstances. The Output may lack the nuance, context, or expertise that a human professional could provide.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, or industry-specific regulations.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from their use or misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
11.1 Access to Neurasix is offered on a subscription basis. Users may choose from one or more available plans (e.g., Starter, Professional), each with its own features, credit limits, pricing, and duration.
11.2 All subscriptions are billed in advance—monthly, quarterly, or annually—unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.3 Payment is processed via secure third-party payment gateways. By subscribing, users authorize Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd to charge the applicable subscription fee to their selected payment method.
11.4 All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT or GST, which may be added based on the user’s billing location.
11.5 Users will receive invoices for each billing cycle, suitable for internal accounting and reporting.
11.6 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the term. Cancellation must be submitted via dashboard.
11.7 Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing or plan features with prior notice. Continued usage implies acceptance.
11.8 No refunds are issued for partial periods, downgrades, cancellations, or unused credits. Billing disputes must be raised within 7 days.
11.9 Access to premium features and uploads may be subject to fair usage thresholds.
Neurasix shall not be liable for any damages or indemnity of any kind arising out of or relating to the use or the inability to use Platform, its content or links, including but not limited to damages or indemnities caused by or related to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, line failure and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, loss of profit, exemplary or consequential damages whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory including force majeure, and whether or not, such organizations or entities were intimated or advised of the possibility of such damages.
Neurasix assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of User’s data/information. Neurasix shall not be responsible for any problem or technical malfunction, on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problem or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any User or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials/information from the Platform.
Neurasix shall not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on Platform. Any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the User to Neurasix to be placed on the Platform by technical or any other means is not the responsibility of Neurasix and Neurasix does not guarantee confidentiality of information provided to it by any person acquiring/using all/any information displayed on the Platform or any of its other websites / domains, if any, owned and operated by Neurasix.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You from Neurasix or through or from the Platform, software or code shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms of Use
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the past twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notices or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Neurasix AI Pvt Ltd may suspend or terminate user access for breach of Terms. Appeals can be sent to info@neurasix.com
These Terms and any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Courts of Bangalore, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.
Your use of Platform is subject to Neurasix’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed in our website www.neurasix.ai which forms part of these Terms of Use. By accepting these Terms, you shall also be deemed to have accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy
In the event of any grievance against the policies or usage of the Platform, You may contact the Grievance Officer via email to info@neurasix.com through a formal email stating your grievance. The Grievance Officer shall on behalf of Neurasix subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other applicable laws, redress such grievance within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the grievance by Neurasix.
