Corrections Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
If you find an error in a Neurasix Insights article or Regulations guide, please tell us. We check every report against the issuing authority’s own document and correct the page openly.
How to report an error
Email info@neurasix.com with the subject “Correction request”. Please include:
- the address of the page
- what you believe is wrong
- a link to the official source that shows the correct information, if you have one
You can also use our contact page.
What we do next
- The reviewer checks your report against the issuing authority’s own document.
- If the page is wrong, we correct it and update its “Last verified” date.
- If the error changed the meaning of the article (a wrong date, figure, threshold, deadline or requirement), we add a dated correction note at the end of the article saying what was changed.
- If an instrument has been withdrawn or replaced, we update the article or retire it.
What we do not change
We correct facts. We do not change an article because someone disagrees with a regulator’s decision: we report what the authority did and what it requires, without taking sides.
