Neurasix Insights explains regulatory changes for banks and financial institutions across 20+ countries and jurisdictions and 12 regulatory domains. Every article is built from the issuing authority’s own documents, links only to official sources and is signed off by a named reviewer before it is published.
What we publish
Insights articles explain one regulatory development each: a new rule, an amendment, a consultation, guidance or an enforcement action. Each one answers a single question about a single instrument.
Regulations guides are reference pages for one country and one regulatory domain. A guide is published only when it is built from our own data, links to official sources, has a named reviewer and is mostly specific to that country and domain. Until then it is marked “Coming soon”.
Our standards
- Sources. Every fact traces to the issuing authority’s own document. A fact we cannot confirm is removed.
- Citations. We name the instrument, its number, the issuing authority, the issue date and the section or paragraph where the fact appears, and list it again under Sources.
- Official links only. We link to the authority’s own page. We never link to storage addresses, time-limited links or our own copies of regulators’ documents.
- Dates. We use the issue date shown by the authority, never the date a document entered our database.
- Numbers. We give a figure only if the source gives it. We never round a threshold or a penalty.
- Proposals. For consultations and drafts we say what would apply, not what must.
- Neutrality. We report what an authority did and what it requires. We do not comment on whether any government or regulator is right, and we use the same tone for every country.
- Quotations. We paraphrase, and use at most two short quotations per article, marked as quotations.
- Originality. At least half of every article is specific to its instrument and country. We never copy one article and change the country name.
Who stands behind each article
Every article shows a named author, a named reviewer, the date it was published and the date it was last verified. Articles are prepared by Srinivasan Rathinam, Chartered Accountant and founder of Neurasix, and signed off by a named reviewer before publication. No reviewer sign-off, no publishing.
Independence from our products
Neurasix builds regulatory intelligence software. Article text contains no links to our products. A single, clearly separate demo box sits beside the article, never inside it.
Keeping articles current
We do not publish content that is superseded, closed or out of date. When an instrument’s status changes, we update the article and its dates, or retire it. See How We Verify and our Corrections Policy.
Not advice
Our articles are information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Read the full Disclaimer.
